Getting Started

We are excited to work with each of you throughout all phases of this exciting development bringing more affordable housing to East Harlem and providing a reimagined, holistic, and community-centered multi-service center for neighborhood service providers. Our top priority is to create a transparent and inclusive process and encourage your input and feedback as we finalize project details and begin construction. 

LOGGING in TO YOUR MEMBER PAGE

Using the new login details you have been provided with, navigate to the top right of this page and click the Log in link and enter your email and password. You can now access your private member portal.

Tenant PORTAL USE 

This private portal is unique to your organization and password protected. It will provide you with the following:

• Member Page: this is your dashboard. Here you can see recent project updates, tenant forum conversations, upcoming meetings, as well as request a meeting with the development team.
• Directory: a subpage of the Tenant Portal, this is where you can find the latest info on all current tenants of the Multi-Service Center. Be sure to verify your organization's info and let a development team member know of any changes.
• Tenant Forum: this subpage is a great way to inform fellow MSC tenants and the development team of any ideas or concerns relating to the Beacon project. It is an informal private meeting place that is available only to MSC tenants and development team members.
